Cancellation Policy

This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy governs the cancellation of eligible purchase options, including recurring purchases, subscription based services, installment arrangements, pre bookings, and other purchase commitments offered through our website or affiliated sales channels.

This policy operates in confjunction with our Terms or Service and Refund Policy.

 


 

2. Cancellation Requests

Customers may request cancellation of an eligible purchase option by contacting our customer service team using the contact information provided below.

Cancellation requests must include:

  • Customer name;

  • Order number or subscription reference;

  • Product or service details;

  • Reason for cancellation (optional).

 


 

3. Eligible Cancellations

Certain purchase options may be cancelled within the period specified at the time of purchase, provided that:

  • Processing, fulfillment, production, customization, or service delivery has not commenced;

  • No goods have been shipped;

  • No custom manufacturing has begun;

  • No subscription benefits, services, or digital content have been substantially delivered or accessed.

 


 

4. Non Cancellable Purchase Options

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the following purchase options cannot be cancelled once processing has commenced:

A) Custom and Personalized Products

  • Prescription lenses;

  • Prescription eyewear;

  • Customized products;

  • Personalized products;

  • Special order items;

  • Products manufactured specifically for a customer.

B) Pre Booking and Pre Order Programs

  • Lux Di Ottika Pre Booking Program purchases;

  • Pre season eyewear reservations;

  • Limited production reservations;

  • Special release products.

C) Digital Products and Services

Where access, delivery, activation, or performance has begun, cancellation may no longer be available.

 


 

5. Subscription and Recurring Purchases

For products or services offered on a recurring basis:

  • Customers may cancel future renewals at any time through the applicable account settings or by contacting customer service;

  • Cancellation will prevent future charges only;

  • Charges already processed are generally non refundable unless otherwise approved by Ottika or required by applicable law.

 


 

6. Installment and Payment Plans

Where a purchase is financed or paid through installments:

  • Cancellation eligibility may depend on the status of the order and financing arrangement;

  • Third party financing providers may maintain separate cancellation terms;

  • Customers remain responsible for any obligations arising under separate financing agreements.

 


 

7. Effect of Cancellation

If a cancellation request is approved:

  • Future processing and fulfillment will be stopped where possible;

  • Any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy;

  • Applicable transaction fees, processing costs, shipping charges, taxes, duties, or third party fees may be deducted where permitted.

 


 

8. Cancellation Review

All cancellation requests are reviewed individually.

Ottika reserves the right to deny cancellation requests where:

  • Production has begun;

  • Products have been shipped;

  • Services have been delivered;

  • The purchase qualifies as a non cancellable transaction under this policy.
